Stop by for the view, stay for the cliff jumping. Get to Laie Point early for an amazing sunrise or come any time for a great view of the windward side of Oahu. Situated just north of PCC, its a great scenic point. It gets busy and parking is limited.
Hukilau beach has plenty of ocean, sand and grassy areas to enjoy for all sorts of activities. This is a perfect beach for families especially when waves are big on the North Shore during the winter.
Castle's Beach has smaller waves appropriate for beginners to learn how to surf. Sand and turquoise water are not in short supply. The further south you go on the beach, the more likely you are to hit reef while you swim.
The best place to swim is where people are swimming in the photo below. It is typical to see big families camping out together on the grassy area of this beach. Overnight camping is available.

Bikini Beach is a small, low key beach in Laie just south of the Laie Point. It's a good place for sunbathing and diving into a good book. The warm shallow water is perfect for cooling off between chapters.

The beach is called Laie Beach Park, but locals call it Pounders. This beach brings experienced watermen joy, and inexperienced swimmers pain. The northern part of the beach has smaller waves appropriate for kids.

This beach is along Kam highway. Monk seals have been seen here on this beach regularly. They tend to back up traffic with all the people who want to get a closer look. The palm trees are a highlight of this beach if the seals aren't around.
