Hawaii Shark Encounters provides a cage that floats at the surface of the water. Sharks swim past the seemingly invisible plexiglas that separates swimmers from the sharks. Passionate staff educate guests on threats to sharks and their role in the ocean.
From the safety of a cage
The glass seems to disappear once the staff submerges the cage in the water. All swimmers are out of reach of curious sharks although it looks like there is nothing to keep the sharks from entering. The cage adds an element of safety and security while you swim in the same water with these misunderstood, infamous, and threatened creatures.

Cancel or Refund Your Tour
