Most tour operators will gladly refund your purchase if it’s more than 48 hours before your activity start time. Cancel or Refund Your Tour

When in doubt, notify the operator you booked with and communicate with them as soon as you know you will need to cancel or reschedule. The earlier the better. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
