We believe you should get the lowest price possible offered by the tour operator. Many tour operators offer online booking discounts and we try to make sure those are posted on our website. Most tour operators will gladly refund your purchase if it’s more than 48 hours before your activity start time. Taxes and fees are included at checkout. Hawaii General Excise Tax is 4.127%. If you are booking online, FareHarbor, the vendor who owns and operates the booking software, charges an online booking fee, normally about 6%.

Imagine floating at the surface of the crystal clear water on the west side of Oahu and seeing wild dolphins swim into view. As they pass by, one picks up a little speed before jumping and spinning through the air. It is a once in a lifetime experience and impossible to forget.
Dolphins feed at night and come to the shallow protected areas to rest during the mornings. This is when you will swim with them. They have to rest different parts of their brain at different times so they don’t drown. You might encounter them in a restful state but you also might catch them in a playful one. It is fascinating to see them interact with each other and even swim close to snorkelers to get a better look. Chances are you might see them jumping into corkscrew flips through the air.
The crew consists of captains, lifeguards, and experienced naturalists who understand dolphin behavior and the laws that protect these animals. They will communicate how important it is to not chase or harass the dolphins. Remember, you are visiting their home.

When in doubt, notify the operator you booked with and communicate with them as soon as you know you will need to cancel or reschedule. The earlier the better. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
